MAN RAAS BOOKING T&C
To ensure transparency and a smooth booking process, please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding.
1. Booking Amount
A non-refundable booking amount of Rs. 9999/- is required.
Bookings are subject to product availability due to limited stock.
2. Delivery Options
From MAN Mangalore: Estimated delivery within 7-8 days.
From MAN Ahmedabad: Delivery within 48 hours with an additional charge of Rs. 25+ (taxes and charges).
The balance payment must be completed at the time of delivery upon collection.
3. Booking Limit
Customers can book up to 5 bags (65kg each) per booking under these terms.
For larger orders, please contact our sales team for assistance and customized terms.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of booking.
If canceled after 24 hours, a cancellation fee will be deducted from the booking amount, and the remaining sum will be refunded.
5. Non-GST Registered Customers
Customers without GST registration are required to submit their Aadhar Card and PAN Card for booking confirmation.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. Conditions apply.
7. Limited Stock
All bookings are subject to product availability. Confirmation is based on stock at the time of booking.
8. Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount.
9. Price and Charges
Prices and applicable charges are subject to change without prior notice. Kindly verify current rates before confirming your order.
10. Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays. In such cases, we will promptly inform you.
