Eligibility for Refund:
- Refund requests must be initiated within 2 calendar days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt and status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. The refund will be credited to your account within 7 working days, subject to your card issuer’s policies.
Exceptions:
- Certain items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, such as perishable goods, custom products, or items marked as final sale.
Damaged Products:
- If you receive a damaged product, please email a photo of the item to support@foodrera.com within 24 hours of receipt. We will issue a refund or store credit based on your preference.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
- Orders of 10 or more products may require additional processing time.
Shipping Timeline:
- Domestic orders within India are usually delivered within 5-6 business days once processed.
Shipping Damages:
- If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy:
- Items purchased from Foodrera Edibles can be returned within 48 hours of delivery, except for non-returnable items.
- Create a ‘Return Request’ in the “My Orders” section of our website. Follow the instructions provided and note the Return ID generated.
- For eligible locations, we offer pick-up services; otherwise, self-ship the product to the nearest Returns Desk.
Exchange Policy:
- To request an exchange, initiate the process within the return/exchange period specified.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Important Notes:
- Cancellations, lost orders, or undelivered items will be fully refunded, including any convenience fees.
- Convenience fees are non-refundable in case of returns, but self-shipping costs may be reimbursed as per our Returns Policy.
Non-Acceptance of Returns:
- Returns will be rejected if the product is not in its original condition, shows signs of use, or lacks original packaging.
