Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
Only registered farmers are eligible to partner with Foodrera for the supply of MAN supari, spices, copra, and other products.
Quality Standards:
The farmer agrees to provide high-quality produce as per Foodrera’s guidelines and MAN product specifications.
Payment Terms:
Payments will be made based on mutually agreed rates and terms. Payment will be processed after product inspection.
Delivery:
The farmer is responsible for delivering the produce to Foodrera’s collection points or directly to the required locations as per the agreed schedule.
Product Inspection:
Foodrera reserves the right to inspect the quality of the produce before accepting it.
Pricing:
Prices for the products will be determined by market rates and mutual agreement between the farmer and Foodrera.
Cancellation and Returns:
Cancellation of the partnership agreement is allowed with prior notice. Returns will only be accepted if the products do not meet Foodrera’s quality standards.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep the terms of the agreement confidential unless otherwise required by law.
Documents Required:
Farmers must provide valid documents, including Aadhar Card and bank details for payments.
Legal Compliance:
Farmers must comply with all local agricultural and trade regulations.
